We have reached the halfway point of NaNoWriMo! I must say that it’s a lot harder than I expected to not only keep up the word count bu to literally find the time to write every. Damn. Day. Blargh. Between our election and the death of a friend, I have managed to stay on target literally by the skin of my teeth.
So how are my stats? Well, let’s take a look:
So when I wrote this, I hadn’t updated Tuesday (as I had written this post technically yesterday). Also, Sunday was insane! It really felt like a full days work. It did serve as a little wake up call. If I ever come to a point in my life that I want to write for a living – to be able to produce minimum that word count daily in order to keep up with a “book a year” timeline.
Challenge accepted.
But I am still only at the halfway point so we’ll see, right?

wow! good for you!! I’m attempting NaNoWriMo, but am failing miserably… I just can’t find enough inspiration to write THAT MUCH every day, I don’t know how you do it…. but i give you so much credit for doing it!! Good luck 🙂
It was hard on some days but I am so glad I pushed through it (though having a few days off at the end was a tremendous help!)
