Today we’re going to talk about insults and getting creative with it. And also because I love a good German insult and I want to talk about my favorite and fun ones. In fact, there are 18 in this list, but I am only going to cover the lighter insults.
My hope with this episode is to also help my fellow writers with more possible ideas by bringing these great burns like these to light in their writing when they’re looking for inspiration. Let’s be honest, English insults usually involve a string of curse words, but I have to hand it to German ingenuity for their creativity without necessarily having to resort to profanity.
